Investigate the reintroduction of four free trips to the dump for each household every year. 
A footpath audit for easy access to our neighbourhoods. 
Investigate how areas are zoned for planned development through the division. 
Protection for the Barron delta.

Find out how we get footpaths connecting Yorkeys Knob residents so the children can ride safely.  
A drainage audit around Stratford, Aeroglen and Freshwater that leads to a plan that fits our community to deal with these issues.

Diversifying our economic base

Grey nomad parking looked into so you can explore the far north! 
Creation of a grey nomad volunteering project to capture and engage with experienced retirees for innovative project work for the region's non profit's and arts sector. 
A broad range of sports and recreational opportunities. 
Creating exciting arts and cultural activities.

More community gardens and support to make this happen.  
Investigate implementing a Council Cab Service that subsidizes taxi fares for people with a disability and people over 60 to encourage community participation and belonging.
Checking out ideas like 'Pop Up Cafes' to expand our eating options in the region.
Reengaging with the CBD Revival Project and kicking that out into the suburbs.
Promotion and support for local markets to sell locally grown and made produce.
Investigating a green industrial area development for sustainable products.
Promotion of programs and support for home, small and medium business.
Encourage buying local to promote our local businesses. 

Making Cairns friendly
Investigate reintroducing the early rates payment discount. 
Investigate a 'Welcome Pack' extension to renters who move to the region.
Investigate the reintroduction of free pre and post cyclone green waste clean up yearly.
Better bike path planning!!
Audit and plan replacing of dated play equipment and investigate shade sails.
Quality youth engagement and planning. 
Work with you on creating safe parking and crossings around our schools. 
Find out what we need to do to get shade sails for children's playgrounds. .
Feedback and planning around recreation and sporting facilities that work for you now and in the future. 
Find out how we get better lighting on our beaches so we can enjoy it safely. This lighting needs to suit residents and be environmentally and financially achievable.
Work on foreshore protection plan from erosion to protect our homes.
